1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the registered player account held by you on the b1111 platform, through which you access games, place bets, and manage your balance.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, matched deposit bonus, or other non-cash incentive awarded to your Account by b1111.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all transactions on the b1111 platform are denominated.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer table game, slot, crash game, or virtual sports product made available through the b1111 platform.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a Game or sporting event via the b1111 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process b1111 conducts in compliance with its anti-fraud and responsible gaming obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gambling platforms is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Platform" means the b1111 website, its mobile-optimised interface, all associated subdomains, and any future applications or products operated under the b1111 brand.
• "Support" means the b1111 customer support team, reachable via live chat, WhatsApp, or email at [email protected].

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to the b1111 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. b1111 reserves the right to request government-issued photographic identification and/or proof of date of birth at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds within such accounts will be subject to forfeiture in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The b1111 platform is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so in breach of these Terms. b1111 is not responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in a player's specific jurisdiction. It is each player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of b1111 complies with all applicable local laws.

2.3 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, withholding of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on b1111. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. b1111 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Upon identification, all secondary accounts will be closed and any associated balances or bonus funds forfeited. The primary Account may also be suspended pending investigation.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

b1111 is required to verify the identity of all registered players as part of its anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be asked to submit copies of a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, as well as proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the restriction of deposit, withdrawal, or betting functionality on your Account.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

b1111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or match-fixing activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification;
• Detection of a duplicate account;
• Confirmed underage use;
• Use of the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Unusual betting patterns suggesting exploitation of software errors or bonus abuse;
• Any activity that b1111 reasonably believes may expose it to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. b1111 will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant Account should contact b1111 Support via live chat or email.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

b1111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). b1111 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the deposit method must match the account holder's registered identity.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits. b1111 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within the following timeframes: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within 5 minutes during operational hours; bank transfer withdrawals within 1–3 business days. b1111 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000, which may extend the processing time. Players acknowledge that processing times may be affected by the third-party payment provider.

4.4 Transaction Fees

b1111 does not charge platform-side processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (mobile wallets, banks) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their individual fee structures. b1111 has no control over and is not responsible for fees levied by payment providers.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by b1111 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. These general Terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded to a player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the automatic cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from that bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

b1111 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Behaviour constituting bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing bets that systematically exploit bonus wagering conditions in a manner inconsistent with genuine gaming; withdrawing bonus-funded winnings before wagering requirements are met; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonus funds cancelled, winnings forfeited, and accounts suspended.

5.4 b1111's Right to Amend or Cancel Promotions

b1111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that reasonable notice is given to affected players where practicable. b1111 also reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player does not meet the promotion's eligibility criteria.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game and betting market available on b1111 is governed by its own specific rules, which are published within the game interface or betting market description. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before placing any bet or wager. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game type.

6.2 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

All bets placed on b1111 are subject to acceptance by the platform. b1111 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed at incorrect odds caused by a technical error or pricing mistake. Bets on sporting events are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant sporting body. For cricket markets, b1111 uses official ICC, BPL, IPL, or relevant board results as the definitive settlement reference.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, b1111 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' Accounts. b1111 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake. Players who suspect a malfunction should contact Support immediately and cease play on the affected game.

6.4 Responsible Betting Limits

b1111 supports responsible gaming by providing players with tools to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits via their Account settings. b1111 also reserves the right to impose limits on individual accounts at its discretion where activity suggests at-risk behaviour. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b1111 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate and permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without human intervention;
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or loopholes in game logic for financial gain;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to sporting events available on b1111;
• Collusion with other players, b1111 staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering or using the b1111 platform as a vehicle to conceal, transfer, or legitimise proceeds of crime;
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation;
• Interfering with the platform's technical infrastructure, including any form of hacking, denial-of-service attack, or reverse engineering;
• Using the platform for commercial purposes, including operating a betting agency that places bets on behalf of third parties;
• Any conduct that b1111 reasonably considers to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or platform staff.

8 Responsible Gaming

b1111 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a comprehensive suite of self-management tools to all registered players. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, reality-check notifications, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the b1111 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, artwork, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of b1111 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the b1111 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 10 Privacy & Data

Player data is shared with payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and banking partners) solely to the extent necessary to process financial transactions, and with identity verification partners for the purpose of KYC compliance. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b1111's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

b1111 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage;
• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account caused by the player's own failure to secure their credentials;
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of sporting event data, statistics, or odds information displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit b1111's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

b1111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, b1111 will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on record or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the b1111 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version and effective date are always displayed at the top of this page.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising between a player and b1111 in connection with these Terms or use of the platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through b1111's formal complaint process before resorting to any other forum.

To submit a formal complaint, players should contact b1111 Support in writing via email at [email protected] with a clear description of the dispute, the relevant Account details, and any supporting evidence. b1111 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a final response within 14 business days of receiving all relevant information.
